the check-in kiosks were AWFUL. i tried to use one , but it could not find my reservation. THREE staff members tried to fix it for almost 15 minutes. it would have been faster if they just did it themselves. VERY impersonal.

The location was undeniably convenient for catching an early flight. The staff were also helpful and responsive to inquiries.

I encountered a few issues . My room felt quite cramped, barely enough space to open my suitcase comfortably. Making matters worse, the air conditioning seemed inadequate. I had to sleep with it running constantly, even though it was mid-November, which wasn't very comfortable.
