I found the location convenient, connected directly to terminal 3. a lawson store was available, perfect for quick necessities. the room had european plug sockets. I did not need an adapter.

check-in kiosks impersonal atmosphere
the check-in kiosks were AWFUL. i tried to use one , but it could not find my reservation. THREE staff members tried to fix it for almost 15 minutes. it would have been faster if they just did it themselves. also , you must get toiletries from a cart by the elevators. VERY impersonal.

The location was directly connected to Terminal 3. I found shops right outside the hotel. Check-in and check-out used a terminal. It took about 60 seconds. Beds are soft and very comfortable.
The onsen cost extra, which I did not expect.

I found the hotel convenient. It is directly connected to Terminal 3. Shops and eateries are easily accessible, offering great options. The onsen provided a relaxing experience (a true highlight before my flight).
The self check-in kiosk felt a bit impersonal upon arrival after a long journey.

The Lawson convenience store on the second floor was handy. The onsen spa was awesome. Kids older than 7 are allowed in without adults. The outdoor section boasts great views both at night and in the morning.

cramped room inadequate air conditioning
The location was undeniably convenient for catching an early flight. The staff were also helpful and responsive to inquiries.
I encountered a few issues . My room felt quite cramped, barely enough space to open my suitcase comfortably. Making matters worse, the air conditioning seemed inadequate. I had to sleep with it running constantly, even though it was mid-November, which wasn't very comfortable.

The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 via a walkway. I found this location excellent for a quick overnight stay near the airport. I could easily access the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel also provides convenient baggage check-in.
The spa requires an additional daily fee which I did not expect.

The room included amenities such as pajamas and slippers for use around the hotel. The bathroom was very clean and had a rainfall shower. The room size allowed comfortable movement and luggage placement.
